Manufacturing Engineer – Compressor Assembly & Testing

About the role

Hanwha Power Arabia is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead cost‑effective production of high‑performance oil‑free compressors. The role ensures that assembly and testing processes meet drawing specifications while collaborating closely with designers and production staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed compressor assembly and test procedures.
• Design and fabricate assembly fixtures to support efficient production.
• Provide technical support throughout the assembly and testing phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during manufacturing and testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in machinery manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with designers and shop floor personnel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software, specifically AutoCAD and CATIA.
• Experience analyzing rotating machinery failures.
• Knowledge of leak cause analysis.
• Familiarity with high‑pressure gas handling and related certifications.
• Electrical certification or experience with electrical systems.
