Manufacturing Operator – Production Line

About the role

DuPont is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for its Fabrication area, focused on producing water‑treatment membrane elements. The role involves operating, monitoring and adjusting production equipment while ensuring safety and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and field‑check process equipment, monitor conditions, and follow production schedules.
• Maintain a safe work environment, wear required PPE, and participate in safety programs.
• Perform routine and non‑routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and make adjustments within defined parameters.
• Lead shift hand‑off, oversee housekeeping, and ensure productivity and yield targets are met.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or related experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for long periods, and work in noisy, dusty, or chemical environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience reading and navigating Human‑Machine‑Interface (HMI) panels.
• Forklift operation or certification preferred.
• Use of hand tools for equipment adjustments.
