Marketing and Events Specialist

About the role

The Marketing and Events Specialist organizes and ensures the smooth operation of marketing activities such as events, forums, summits, seminars, roadshows and roundtables, from planning to execution. External events are customer focused to generate leads, increase brand awareness and boost sales, while internal events support employee communication and HR and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop event concepts in coordination with business units and sales.
• Manage events end to end, coordinating with vendors, partners and agencies on branding, creative design, content creation, advertising, catering videos, production and other collateral.
• Promote and run conferences, conventions, seminars, round tables, roadshows and forums.
• Handle Marketing Development Funds (MDFs) from vendors and partners, ensuring proper budgeting, spending and claims in line with company terms.
• Meet internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor events to their targets.
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns and implement metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• 2 to 6 years of experience.
