Marketing & Communications Executive

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Executive will support the execution of the hotel’s annual marketing plan, creating engaging content and coordinating campaigns that enhance the brand’s presence across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and hotel initiatives.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, the hotel website, and other communication channels.
• Maintain the social media content calendar and monitor online activity.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information for marketing purposes.
• Support photography and video shoots, liaising with photographers and agencies.
• Produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, menus, posters, and digital assets.
• Prepare press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Track and report on social media and campaign performance.
• Maintain an organized archive of marketing assets and support administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing and communications, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal English skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and manage several tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of content creation, photography, and video production.
