Marketing & Communications Manager – Hotel (Saudi Talent)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the brand, digital and public‑relations activities of Mövenpick Hotel in Makkah. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will shape the hotel’s market visibility and support commercial goals through integrated marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing and communications plan in line with Mövenpick and Accor brand standards.
• Manage digital channels, social media, website content and online campaigns to boost visibility and guest engagement.
• Lead media relations, press releases and external communications, building strong relationships with journalists, influencers and agencies.
• Create and coordinate photography, videography, content creation and marketing collateral for rooms, restaurants and special offers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, F&B and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets.
• Monitor campaign performance, digital analytics, market trends and competitor activity, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Control the marketing budget, ensuring optimal return on investment and compliance with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in marketing, communications or related roles, preferably within hospitality.
• Proven ability to develop and implement integrated marketing plans.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
