Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing Communications Manager will lead the launch of Hyatt Place AlUla, shaping the hotel’s brand presence across all channels. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will develop and execute an integrated communications strategy that supports the hotel’s vision and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel’s integrated marketing communications plan and annual calendar.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management to create on‑ and offline marketing initiatives.
• Lead public relations activities and coordinate agencies to secure local, regional, and international exposure.
• Oversee social media strategy, content direction, and performance in partnership with agency and Hyatt Digital Marketing.
• Manage marketing assets, campaigns, and creative suppliers while adhering to Hyatt brand standards.
• Track performance metrics and present results in regular Sales & Marketing reviews.
• Administer marketing budgets, expenditures, and forecasting for annual planning.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, destination partners, and the local community.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel marketing communications, preferably in an opening‑hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including PR, digital, social media, partnerships, and campaign activation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
