Marketing Company Manager – Lead Integrated Marketing Services

About the role

Suliyan Trading Company is seeking a Marketing Company Manager to lead a dedicated marketing subsidiary in Jeddah. You will be responsible for building and scaling an integrated marketing services firm, driving revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s strategic, operational, and commercial plans.
• Develop a portfolio of marketing services aligned with market and client needs.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary marketing team.
• Acquire new clients, manage key relationships, and close commercial contracts.
• Oversee the delivery of branding, digital, traditional, content, advertising, and market‑research campaigns.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget targets.
• Design service packages and pricing models to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability; report KPIs to senior management.
• Establish strategic partnerships that support growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the marketing industry, preferably within an integrated agency.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary marketing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record in business development and contract negotiation.
• Experience managing client accounts, budgets, and project profitability.
