Marketing Co‑op Trainee – Jeddah

About the role

Join Sephora’s marketing team in Jeddah as a Co‑op Trainee, supporting retail activation and brand animation across the Saudi market. You will help ensure Sephora’s guidelines are applied, coordinate CRM activations and assist with competitive analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and support the development and execution of retail activations, brand animations and 360° thematic campaigns for the KSA market.
• Ensure Sephora brand guidelines are consistently applied across all retail touch‑points.
• Coordinate and monitor CRM activations, ensuring they are live and merchandised according to Head Office requirements.
• Collaborate with area managers, store staff, PR and CRM teams on key marketing activities.
• Assist in building competitive reports and monitor competitor actions during key commercial periods.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing principles and CRM activities.
• Experience organising events, workshops or masterclasses.
