Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager across a full range of FMCG activities, from packaging to promotions. This position offers hands‑on exposure to the food and consumer‑goods sector and is ideal for someone eager to develop a career in marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, consumer insights and basic sales trend analysis.
• Support packaging development, coordinate design adaptations, regulatory updates and manage timelines with designers and printers.
• Coordinate creation and execution of point‑of‑sale materials such as shelf talkers, wobblers and displays.
• Help design digital banners, product pages and update website content, digital brochures and email marketing assets.
• Maintain social media content calendars, liaise with agencies and assist in influencer campaign launch and performance tracking.
• Support planning of advertising campaigns across digital, print and OOH channels and coordinate with media buying agencies.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholder follow‑ups, organize marketing archives and assist with budget tracking and invoice follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing or related experience; FMCG experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with a passion for food and consumer brands.
