Marketing Coordinator – Saudi National (Riyadh)

About the role

Dream of the Desert is looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of its marketing activities in Saudi Arabia. The role is ideal for a Saudi national with a passion for hospitality, tourism, and luxury brands who can produce bilingual content and ensure consistent brand communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, suppliers, and external partners.
• Create, review, and adapt marketing content in Arabic and English.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, content calendars, and digital campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines.
• Support the organization of promotional events, exhibitions, media activities, and product launches.
• Prepare presentations, brochures, newsletters, press materials, and other collateral.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce regular marketing reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage marketing schedules, documentation, purchase requests, and supplier coordination.
• Maintain an organized library of marketing assets, photographs, and branded materials.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, luxury, travel, entertainment or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
