Marketing Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, confident and inspiring marketer to lead the marketing and communications for a high‑growth portfolio of B2B events in Saudi Arabia. You will join the senior leadership team and shape the Tahaluf brand while driving market engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for multiple large‑scale events.
• Lead an operational team of marketers responsible for product launches, ongoing promotion, and brand amplification.
• Define value propositions, messaging frameworks, and PR plans to increase market visibility.
• Build and analyse data pipelines, perform performance analysis and optimise channel marketing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience (10+ years) in marketing strategy and communications.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market through customer research, internal data and industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of marketers.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results for large‑scale events.
