Marketing Director – MENA Residential Real Estate & Hospitality

About the role

We are a fast‑growing residential real‑estate and hospitality operator seeking a senior Marketing Director for the MENA region. You will own the full marketing stack, translating a global brand into culturally resonant experiences across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider region while driving acquisition and retention for our properties.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steward the brand across MENA, ensuring global consistency while building cultural relevance in KSA, UAE and beyond.
• Lead brand campaigns, partnerships and cultural moments that position the company as a defining residential brand.
• Oversee PR, communications and earned‑media strategy in both English and Arabic, managing spokesperson positioning and reputation.
• Build content, social, CRM and lifecycle‑marketing engines to move prospects from awareness to consideration to tour.
• Drive growth through organic social, content, events, partnerships and referral programmes tailored to MENA audiences.
• Own paid‑acquisition channels – search, social, programmatic and offline – with full P&L responsibility and KPI targets for cost per lead, cost per lease, occupancy ramp and retention.
• Partner with leasing and operations teams to align marketing spend with occupancy and revenue goals.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high‑performing team across PR, brand, growth and performance functions.
• Manage agency relationships for creative, media, PR and production in KSA and UAE.

Required profile

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with senior roles covering both brand and performance.
• Deep, current understanding of the KSA and UAE markets, consumer behavior and media landscape.
• Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing marketing teams across multiple disciplines.
• Experience managing agency relationships in the region.
