Marketing Excellence Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Excellence Specialist to lead digital marketing initiatives for C2 company, a key player in Saudi Arabia’s airport sector. The role focuses on building brand awareness, driving traffic, and supporting the company’s contribution to Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and create engaging content to boost audience interaction.
• Execute SEO and SEM tactics to improve website visibility and search rankings.
• Analyse performance data using Google Analytics and prepare actionable reports for senior management.
• Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture and retain customers.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and external agencies to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in paid media and SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
