Marketing Generalist (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Alan is launching its prevention‑focused health insurance platform in Saudi Arabia and seeks its first marketing hire to build brand awareness and generate demand. Reporting to the Saudi General Manager, the Marketing Generalist will shape and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, turning global assets into locally resonant campaigns that position Alan as the top‑of‑mind health‑benefits partner for leading employers in the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create annual, quarterly and monthly go‑to‑market plans with the Saudi GM and own end‑to‑end execution.
• Prioritise brand‑building activities, launching awareness campaigns before a mature inbound pipeline is established.
• Adapt Alan’s global brand guidelines into Arabic‑native, culturally relevant communications across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Lead PR and media relations for Saudi milestones, drafting press releases and securing coverage in local health‑and‑benefits outlets.
• Produce copy for all touchpoints – website, social posts, newsletters, presentations – ensuring a consistent storytelling voice.
• Track performance of experiments, analyse signals and iterate the plan to accelerate pipeline generation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in health, insurance or employee‑benefits sectors.
• Proven ability to build a brand from scratch in a new market.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong cultural awareness of the Saudi business environment.
• Hands‑on mindset: comfortable both designing strategy and executing tactics.
