Marketing Manager, Arabic Speaker – Freelancer (12‑month contract)

About the role

The Marketing Manager will design and deliver key elements of the marketing strategy for Tahaluf’s large‑scale B2B events in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer segmentation, data‑driven campaign planning and multi‑channel optimisation across inbound and outbound channels. The position is a 12‑month freelance contract.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy, planning, implementation and optimisation for inbound and outbound campaigns.
• Drive online traffic, generate leads and convert them, reporting on performance against strategic KPIs.
• Analyse visitor and exhibitor digital behaviour using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and other platforms to identify issues and opportunities.
• Benchmark and set new KPI targets to improve digital campaign performance.
• Collaborate with agencies to develop and launch paid media campaigns and monitor results via vendor dashboards and analytics reports.
• Identify emerging SEO practices and work with internal and external partners to create cutting‑edge digital campaigns.
• Develop organic search growth strategies throughout the customer lifecycle for various international markets.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience managing digital marketing strategies for large‑scale events or B2B environments.
• Ability to work autonomously on a freelance basis for a 12‑month period.
