Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our premium chocolate brand in Riyadh. The role will shape and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth across both digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee digital campaigns, social media channels, and traditional advertising initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, sales and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of marketing experience within the chocolate or confectionery sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project-management abilities.
