Marketing Manager

About the role

WhiteRock is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute its multi‑brand marketing strategy from our Riyadh office. You will own the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, traditional) for WhiteRock’s portfolio.
• Manage content creation, creative briefs, and coordination with design, operations, and product teams.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategy and measure performance.
• Oversee marketing budgets, external agencies, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.
• Support new product launches, in‑store activations, and events.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen WhiteRock’s market presence in Riyadh and the wider GCC.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management within F&B, retail, or consumer brands.
• Track record of planning and executing successful multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong brand positioning, storytelling, and campaign development abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
