Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the Repatha brand strategy across Europe, aligning with global priorities and local affiliate guidance. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute impactful marketing programs that drive brand growth and competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand plan and long‑range strategy (LRS) in line with strategic priorities.
• Identify strategic options, recommend brand choices, and design key tactical programs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and KSE to execute brand strategies.
• Lead initiatives for Repatha, ensuring effective communication with affiliate functions.
• Co‑create initiatives with key European markets and share best practices.
• Coordinate competitive intelligence and drive action plans.
• Manage performance metrics, review business cases, and support product launches.
• Partner with other Brand Directors on EU‑wide projects and lead the Repatha marketing team.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record of successful marketing management and product launches.
• Experience in cardiovascular or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑cultural collaboration skills.
