Marketing Manager

About the role

Join Tahaluf Al Emarat, the leading B2B events organiser in Saudi Arabia, as a Marketing Manager. You will lead the development and execution of both inbound and outbound digital marketing strategies for large‑scale events, working closely with a supportive leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise the full marketing strategy, from planning to implementation, for inbound and outbound campaigns.
• Drive online traffic, lead generation and conversions, reporting on performance against strategic KPIs.
• Analyse visitor and exhibitor digital behaviour using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and other platforms to identify issues and opportunities.
• Set and benchmark new KPI targets to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with external agencies to design, launch and optimise paid media campaigns.
• Measure paid marketing effectiveness through vendor dashboards and analytics reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving SEO practices and integrate them into campaign plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within large‑scale B2B or events environments.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data from Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and similar tools.
• Demonstrated success in increasing online traffic, leads and conversions.
