Marketing Manager - Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to shape and execute the marketing strategy for our large‑scale master‑planned communities and off‑plan residential projects. The role combines brand storytelling, data‑driven performance marketing and the use of cutting‑edge PropTech tools to drive high‑volume sales and build a strong market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑channel marketing strategies that highlight lifestyle and community benefits for master‑planned developments.
• Plan and launch off‑plan phases, using VR/AR, 3‑D interactive models and digital sales galleries to help buyers visualise unbuilt properties.
• Manage the marketing budget, optimise spend for ROI and CPA, and ensure all materials comply with local off‑plan regulations.
• Lead data‑driven digital campaigns across search, social and programmatic platforms to generate qualified leads.
• Integrate marketing automation with CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot and provide sales teams with compelling collateral.
• Oversee external agencies, media buying, production and event participation at real‑estate expos and investor showcases.

Required profile

• Proven track record in marketing large‑scale real‑estate or master‑planned community projects.
• Deep knowledge of off‑plan sales dynamics, regulatory frameworks and buyer behaviour.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data into actionable campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
