Marketing Manager - Roastery / Coffee

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in coffee, roastery, F&B, or FMCG. The ideal candidate should understand the Saudi market, have strong industry connections, and be capable of building the brand and growing B2B and consumer business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth.
• Build brand awareness across the Saudi coffee and F&B market.
• Develop B2B marketing initiatives and support client acquisition.
• Manage campaigns, social media, digital marketing, events, and promotions.
• Build relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to achieve business targets.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in coffee, roastery, F&B, or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
• Good network within the coffee, F&B, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Experience in brand building, B2B marketing, and digital marketing.
• English required; Arabic is an advantage.
