Marketing Manager – Tech & Startup Focus

About the role

UXBERT Labs, a leading digital and user‑experience design agency in the GCC, is seeking a Marketing Manager who thrives in fast‑paced startup environments. You will help shape the marketing foundation for tech‑focused products and work closely with founders, designers, developers and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise marketing processes, channels and infrastructure.
• Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Research and implement new marketing tools, systems and automation.
• Create campaign briefs, landing‑page specifications, content and performance reports.
• Set up tracking, product catalogues, CRM workflows, dashboards and analytics.
• Ask clarifying questions to define objectives, audiences, constraints and measurement approaches.
• Identify early problems, propose practical solutions and document repeatable processes.

Required profile

• Experience working in a startup or fast‑growing tech environment.
• Background in marketing for technology products and reaching key stakeholders.
• Strong intellectual curiosity, structured thinking and high ownership.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
