Marketing Officer – Riyadh

About the role

English Path is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to support the growth of its Riyadh centre and university pathway programmes. The role will drive both digital and offline initiatives, generate high‑quality leads and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Execute integrated local and regional campaigns across digital, social, email, outdoor and offline channels to drive lead generation.
• Manage and expand the Riyadh centre’s social media presence, including content creation, paid advertising, SEO and website updates.
• Adapt global campaigns for Saudi audiences, ensuring Arabic messaging and cultural relevance.
• Collaborate with admissions and sales teams to produce marketing collateral and lead‑nurturing initiatives.
• Own performance on Snapchat and TikTok, from audience acquisition to qualified lead generation, using CRM segmentation.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events, school visits and open days, handling promotion, lead capture and post‑event nurturing.
• Analyse market trends and campaign performance, delivering regular ROI reports and actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications or student recruitment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
