Marketing Specialist (Bilingual Arabic/English)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist who will drive brand awareness and lead generation across multiple digital channels. The role requires bilingual Arabic/English communication and a solid understanding of the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create, and oversee marketing projects, campaigns, and promotions on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer data studies to shape strategy and spot trends.
• Develop bilingual content calendars, write copy, manage social media assets, and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend optimisations to improve ROI.
• Manage SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and influencers to align marketing efforts.
• Support events, activations, and promotional activities while assisting with budget planning and expense tracking.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Saudi market.
