Marketing Specialist for Florist & Wedding Planning in Jeddah

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to drive our online and offline presence for a leading florist and wedding‑planning establishment in Jeddah. The role focuses on promoting our e‑commerce platform, mobile application, and brand across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand consumer habits, trends and competitor activity.
• Plan and execute product launches for flower bouquets, gift and chocolate packages on the e‑commerce site and mobile app.
• Manage website chat, respond to visitor inquiries and recommend optimal deals.
• Draft blog articles and SEO‑focused content to improve search engine visibility.
• Report customer experience findings to the technical team and help resolve issues.
• Develop creative marketing campaigns, seasonal plans and visual assets.
• Secure B2B partnerships and negotiate employee‑discount agreements.
• Prepare budgets for paid media, SEO, UGC and other marketing channels.
• Oversee social‑media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Facebook) including content creation, posting, stories and community engagement.
• Collaborate with delivery apps, agencies, government bodies and luxury brands to expand distribution.

Required profile

• High GPA; fresh graduates with honors are strongly encouraged.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from proposal to execution.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
