Marketing Specialist (Insurance)

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will create and distribute compelling marketing content to strengthen the brand presence of Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance Company. You will work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and monitor the performance of campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create, design, and publish visual and written content for social media, websites, campaigns, internal communications and promotional materials.
• Design marketing assets such as posts, banners, brochures, presentations, advertisements, invitations and event collateral in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts, campaign visuals, captions and content calendars that support marketing and communication goals.
• Capture and edit photos and videos, producing short‑form digital content for social platforms.
• Utilise Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce high‑quality marketing materials.
• Support the planning and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels.
• Ensure all published content is accurate, visually appealing, brand‑consistent and appropriate for the intended audience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Saudi national.
