Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support the execution of both digital and traditional marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. This role requires strong bilingual content creation, research, and coordination abilities to ensure consistent and effective marketing delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt marketing content in Arabic and English for websites, profiles, emails, proposals, and client communications.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written materials.
• Manage website updates and collaborate with design and development teams.
• Support social media planning and overall online presence.
• Conduct competitor analysis, pricing benchmarks, and market research.
• Handle CRM activities, including lead tracking, segmentation, and customer‑journey communication.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor multi‑channel marketing campaigns, providing basic performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management or a similar role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across teams.
