Marketing Specialist

About the role

FansPass, a Saudi‑based ticketing marketplace for sports and entertainment across the MENA region, is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Specialist. You will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate activities across teams and partners, and help translate business priorities into effective customer‑facing communications.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, launch and day‑to‑day execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and creative assets with internal teams and external partners.
• Translate business priorities into clear marketing briefs and actionable plans.
• Develop campaign messaging, promotional materials and customer‑facing copy.
• Assist digital marketing efforts across relevant channels and monitor performance.
• Track key metrics, prepare performance updates and contribute to optimisation.
• Conduct market, audience and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Support new product launches, seasonal promotions and other business priorities.
• Maintain organized marketing calendars, trackers and documentation.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, growth, e‑commerce or related fields.
• Proven track record of supporting or executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer journeys.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activities to business growth.
• Comfortable working with data and using performance insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of Saudi and Gulf audiences and digital behaviour.
