Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will work on‑site in Yanbu al Bahr, supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with business objectives. This full‑time position involves researching market trends, preparing promotional materials, and collaborating closely with sales and customer service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance and report results to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and support event coordination.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze market data and contribute to strategic planning.
• Experience supporting lead generation and sales collaboration.
• General knowledge of digital and traditional marketing practices.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
