Job description
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts, content, and audience engagement.
- Design social media posts, promotional materials, and offers.
- Photograph products, branches, and events, and produce photo and video content.
- Edit and produce content for Reels, TikTok, and Stories.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns and analyze their performance.
- Monitor customer reviews and engage with customers.
- Develop creative marketing ideas to increase reach, engagement, and sales.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing and campaign performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in social media management and paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong communication, writing, and creative skills.
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Portfolio of previous work is required.
Required skills
- Strong skills in graphic design, photography, video editing, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
