Marketing Specialist – Real Estate (Hybrid, Jeddah)

About the role

GoldenArea Development is seeking a Marketing Specialist focused on real‑estate projects in Jeddah. The role is full‑time and hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work flexibility. You will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that raise brand awareness and drive sales for residential and commercial developments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse real‑estate trends to identify target segments.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for both residential and commercial properties.
• Coordinate multi‑channel campaigns across digital (social media, email) and traditional media.
• Create promotional materials and provide the sales team with up‑to‑date marketing assets.
• Manage customer inquiries in partnership with the customer‑service team.
• Organise events, track campaign performance and prepare regular reports for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
• Experience in market research, marketing strategy and sales support within a real‑estate context.
• Knowledge of real‑estate marketing practices, branding and competitive analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
