Marketing Specialist – Retail & Shopping Malls

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing function for retail and shopping mall brands in Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee strategy, budgeting, and execution across digital, advertising, communications, and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative teams.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual marketing budgets.
• Set, monitor and report on team goals and performance metrics.
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.
• Analyze consumer behavior, create customer personas and identify new market segments.
• Craft quarterly and annual marketing plans and monitor competitive activity.
• Coordinate sales and marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
• Participate in company‑wide quarterly and annual planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience leading marketing departments in the GCC, preferably in retail or shopping malls.
• Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and established regional contacts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software.
• Proficiency in digital media analytics tools.
