Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Brand Management

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will oversee daily marketing operations, ensuring consistent brand execution across all customer touchpoints. You will manage social media, coordinate with external partners, verify field implementation of brand standards, and keep the Themar application up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, publish, and engage on company social media platforms; respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with agencies, photographers, designers, and other service providers, tracking deliverables and deadlines.
• Conduct periodic field visits to branches to audit brand identity, promotional materials, and overall marketing execution; submit detailed reports.
• Manage branch print assets and digital screens, ensuring compliance with approved designs and brand guidelines.
• Update the Themar application with products, prices, images, offers, banners, and other content.
• Participate in operational meetings, represent the Marketing Department, and follow up on decisions.
• Support the execution of campaigns, openings, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Monitor content performance, identify improvement areas, and advise the Marketing Manager.
• Maintain availability during official working hours for urgent matters and complete ad‑hoc marketing tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Strong understanding of brand identity and consistency across multiple channels.
