Marketplace UI/UX Designer

About the role

B8ak is a fast‑growing home‑services marketplace in Saudi Arabia. As a UI/UX Designer you will own the end‑to‑end experience for both customers booking cleaners and service providers managing their jobs, shaping a seamless two‑sided platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design flows, screens and components for the customer app, provider app and web platform from sketch to production‑ready specs.
• Own and optimise the booking funnel – service selection, scheduling, address, basket and checkout – to reduce drop‑off and boost conversion.
• Improve first‑time‑to‑repeat experiences, including onboarding, post‑service follow‑up, re‑booking and loyalty surfaces.
• Design provider‑side experiences such as job acceptance, navigation, earnings and ratings.
• Build and maintain a bilingual design system (Arabic RTL & English LTR) across iOS, Android and web.
• Run usability sessions with Saudi customers and field technicians, turning insights into concrete design changes.

Required profile

• 4+ years designing digital products, with at least 2 years on consumer mobile apps.
• Portfolio showing shipped work, clear problem framing, constraints and outcomes.
• Strong command of Figma, including components, variants, auto‑layout and prototyping.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with proven RTL design experience.

Required skills

• Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, prototyping).
• Agile development and JIRA workflow knowledge.
• iOS and Android platform conventions.
• HTML/CSS basics for motion design or front‑end collaboration.
• Experience with lifecycle/CRM tools such as WebEngage, Braze or CleverTap.
