Massage Therapist – Spa Wellness Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to provide high‑quality massage and wellness treatments to our hotel guests. The role involves assessing client needs, recommending suitable treatments, performing a variety of massage techniques, and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and relaxing experience while upholding professional standards and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any relevant physical concerns.
• Perform a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, aromatherapy and relaxation treatments.
• Customize each treatment to the client’s requirements and comfort level.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and welcoming treatment environment, preparing rooms and equipment.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Provide after‑treatment care instructions and wellness recommendations.
• Record treatments accurately and communicate professionally with clients and spa team members.

Required profile

• Relevant certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation and client safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, attitude and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Physical stamina to stand and perform treatments for extended periods.
