Master (Ship Captain) for Supply Jack‑Up Barge – ARAMCO Red Sea

About the role

Join a supply jack‑up barge operating in the ARAMCO fields of the Red Sea as Master on a 5:5+ rotation. You will lead the vessel, crew and marine operations throughout the campaign, ensuring safety, compliance and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain overall command of the vessel, guaranteeing safe operations and crew welfare.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, Flag State regulations and ARAMCO requirements.
• Supervise bridge, deck and marine teams during daily offshore activities.
• Manage vessel stability, marine assurance and operational readiness at all times.
• Coordinate with offshore management, project personnel and client representatives to support efficient operations.
• Reinforce emergency preparedness and promote a strong safety culture from mobilisation through project completion.

Required profile

• Master Certificate of Competency (CoC) with latest online verification.
• GMDSS certificate with latest online verification.
• SPJB certification with a minimum of 730+ days experience.
• COVID‑19 vaccination including booster and Yellow Fever vaccination.
• Previous command experience on jack‑up barges, supply barges or similar offshore vessels is preferred.
• Experience within ARAMCO projects or operating environments is an advantage.
• For ARAMCO‑approved personnel, a valid NOC letter is required.
