Material Handler – Warehouse & Production Support

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations. The role ensures safe handling of materials, compliance with GMP/GHP standards, and smooth flow of inventory between the warehouse and production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate all material handling equipment (MHE) in designated warehouse and production areas following safety guidelines.
• Perform visual inspections, battery checks, and periodic maintenance of MHEs.
• Maintain 5S standards, floor demarcation, and ensure waste segregation according to safety regulations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound material movements, assign tasks to MHE operators, and manage FIFO pallet visualization.
• Conduct inventory counts, reconcile physical quantities with SAP, and generate NQC and other compliance reports.
• Escalate safety incidents, NCRs, and system errors promptly and ensure proper closure.
• Collaborate with logistics, production, and quality teams to resolve material flow issues and support sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating MHEs in a warehouse or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, GMP/GHP standards, and 5S methodology.
• Ability to work shifts, follow SOPs, and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail for inventory accuracy and traceability exercises.
