Mathematics Instructor – Vocational Training (IELTS 6+ required)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Mathematics Instructor to deliver high‑quality, learner‑centered mathematics education to vocational training students in Dammam. The role is contract‑based for one year with the possibility of renewal, and requires an IELTS score of 6.0 or higher.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging mathematics lessons using interactive and digital tools.
• Develop, adapt, and maintain curriculum and assessment materials aligned with NVQ Level 3 standards.
• Design supplementary programs such as mental‑math, exam‑preparation, and competition‑training tracks.
• Collaborate with a multicultural teaching team, sharing best practices and participating in peer workshops.
• Support and supervise student participation in academic competitions and extracurricular math activities.
• Adjust teaching methods to meet the needs of culturally diverse learners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education, Mathematics, or a closely related field (Faculty of Education background is a plus).
• Minimum three years of classroom teaching experience in mathematics, preferably in international, IB, or vocational/technical settings.
• Prior teaching experience in Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of preparing students for standardized exams (e.g., SAT) or academic competitions.
• Excellent spoken and written English and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Strong IT proficiency with Windows‑based applications.
• Experience using interactive/digital teaching tools.
