Mathematics Teacher

About the role

Saud International School is seeking a dedicated Mathematics Teacher to deliver engaging lessons and support student development in mathematical concepts, problem‑solving and logical reasoning. The role involves preparing structured lessons, assessing progress and collaborating with the academic team to uphold high teaching standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver mathematics lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Teach concepts such as number skills, algebra, geometry, measurement, statistics and logical reasoning for the assigned grade level.
• Create lesson plans, worksheets, activities, assessments and learning resources.
• Encourage critical thinking, independent problem‑solving and practical application of mathematics.
• Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
• Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance and student progress.
• Utilise the school’s LMS and academic systems as required.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, coordinators and school leadership.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, events and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education or a related field.
• Teaching qualification or relevant professional certification (preferred).
• Minimum two years of teaching experience (preferred).
• Strong subject knowledge in mathematics and ability to explain concepts to diverse learners.
• Effective classroom management, communication and organisational skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude and adherence to school policies and procedures.
