About the role

The Logistics Manager will lead daily logistics operations for ARIF AL-NAHDI CO. LTD. based in Riyadh. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and monitoring transportation, warehousing, inventory and distribution to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor transportation, warehousing, inventory and distribution activities.
• Manage inventory levels, supervise receiving and dispatch processes, and ensure accurate documentation and shipment tracking.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply‑chain teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and service providers.
• Implement and improve logistics policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and Saudi regulations.
• Use data and KPIs to optimise performance, reduce costs and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong logistics and supply‑chain management expertise.
• Managerial experience overseeing vehicles, drivers and daily routing.
• Inventory management skills to maintain accurate stock levels and support demand planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum two years of logistics or supply‑chain experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Familiarity with Saudi government logistics platforms such as Logisti and Tamm and knowledge of local traffic (Moroor) regulations.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
• Immediate availability.
