نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مدير تشغيل مطاعم ذو خبرة 5 إلى 8 سنوات للعمل في جدة بدوام كامل.

المهام الرئيسية

الإشراف على تشغيل وأداء عدة فروع.
متابعة وزيادة المبيعات ومتابعة التكاليف وKPIs.
قيادة مديري المطاعم وفرق التشغيل.
ضمان الجودة وسلامة الغذاء ورفع مستوى تجربة العملاء.
تحليل الأداء وتنفيذ خطط التحسين.

الملف المطلوب

خبرة 5–8 سنوات في تشغيل المطاعم.
خبرة في إدارة عدة فروع.
مهارات قوية في القيادة والتحليل وحل المشكلات.

المهارات المطلوبة

خبرة في سلاسل المطاعم وافتتاح الفروع.
معرفة بأنظمة POS وإدارة المطاعم.
