Mechanical Engineer – Steel Fabrication & CNC Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our small steel‑fabrication workshop in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on supporting CNC operations, powder‑coating processes and general fabrication activities, while helping to improve efficiency and maintain high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise CNC machine operations and provide basic programming assistance.
• Oversee steel‑fabrication and powder‑coating processes from start to finish.
• Prepare, review and update mechanical drawings and job specifications.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate daily activities with technicians and operators.
• Assist in material selection, costing and production planning.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues as they arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of CNC machines and steel‑fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with powder‑coating processes is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome.
