Mechanical Supervisor

About the role

Fisher HR is recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor for a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The supervisor oversees daily mechanical construction and installation work on site and coordinates with engineers, subcontractors and other project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical construction and installation activities on site.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and other project teams.
• Ensure work complies with technical drawings, project specifications, quality standards and schedules.
• Monitor workforce productivity, materials and work progress.
• Ensure compliance with site HSE requirements and safety procedures.
• Coordinate inspections and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Prepare progress reports and update project management on work status.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mechanical supervision within construction projects.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards and site safety practices.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Tank fabrication, installation or maintenance experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on site in Saudi Arabia.
