Media Buyer / Performance Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to join Florose’s growing team in Jeddah. The role focuses on planning, launching and optimizing paid campaigns for mobile apps and e‑commerce businesses within the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Manage performance campaigns for both mobile applications and e‑commerce brands, monitoring daily performance against KPIs and ROAS targets.
• Analyze customer journeys, attribution models and funnel performance to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad creative and overall performance.
• Track and report campaign results, manage app attribution and analytics platforms.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing and scaling strategies to drive acquisition, retention and conversion.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and platform updates specific to Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer.
• Proven track record in mobile app marketing and e‑commerce performance campaigns.
• Experience working in startups or fast‑paced environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and reporting skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with mobile measurement partners such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
• Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
• Deep understanding of attribution, tracking and data analysis.
• Ability to manage budgets, scale campaigns efficiently and optimize ROAS.
