Medical Enabler - Hemophilia

About the role

Roche is hiring a Medical Enabler for Hemophilia in the Middle East, based in Riyadh. The role acts as a specialized therapeutic expert who optimizes regional resources to drive strategic medical outcomes and strengthen capabilities across the Middle East region, while keeping sustained local engagement and focus within the hemophilia disease area. It works within affiliates, alongside Medical Enablers, the Disease Commercialization Leader, Marketing and Omnichannel Enabler and the affiliate point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate regional medical initiatives, consolidating cross-market insights and scaling solutions regionally
• Shape the medical direction at Middle East level for the disease area across its full lifecycle
• Build medical capability through training programs for enablers, PPOCs and new joiners, and align with Global Medical Affairs on scientific communication
• Drive competitive intelligence and prepare for launches, including pre-launch and launch readiness, DA plans and launch archetypes
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Omnichannel Enabler on regional adaptation of scientific and promotional materials
• Run Middle East scientific education and medical insight-gathering activities, engaging top TAEs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of medical experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
• Prior experience in the designated disease area preferred
• Experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments and in leading or taking part in work packages beyond the affiliate level

Required skills

• Integrated evidence generation planning (depending on disease area)
• Developing, curating and adapting scientifically accurate and compliant content
• Strong data comprehension, critical appraisal, synthesis and delivery skills
