Medical Representative – CVRM (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Medical Representative will join a newly created, fast‑growing team at AstraZeneca in Saudi Arabia. You will influence prescribing behaviour, develop a territory and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to maximise sales of designated products.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all required training, including product examinations.
• Engage primary‑care healthcare professionals in discussions about approved indications, efficacy and safety.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create a local strategy and business plan for the territory.
• Drive sales performance, meet forecasts and stay within assigned budgets.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of market, demographic and managed‑markets information for the territory.
• Ensure compliance with regulations governing interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution.
• Provide clinical and technical information to healthcare professionals in line with AstraZeneca’s compliance standards.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience in a pharmaceutical company; multinational experience is a plus.
