Medical Representative – Specialty Care

About the role

Acino, part of Arcera, is seeking a Medical Representative for Specialty Care to cover the Saudi Arabian market (Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam). The role focuses on achieving sales, market share, and productivity targets while promoting high‑quality medicines to physicians and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Visit physicians regularly to deliver the marketing strategy and product core messages.
• Use sales‑aids, clinical data, and reprints during calls following Acino’s selling skills model.
• Sponsor local meetings led by Key Opinion Leaders and support healthcare professionals at important conferences.
• Organise and conduct audio‑visual meetings, business dinners, and promotional mini‑meetings on a monthly basis.
• Assist with logistics for major conferences and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key physicians and customers influencing purchasing decisions.
• Monitor market developments, analyse the competitive environment and provide feedback to management.
• Classify physicians by potential, update customer lists and achieve target call coverage and frequency.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of service with the company.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good sales, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Awareness of cultural behavior variations.
