About the role
The Medical Sales & Product Growth Manager will lead the expansion of medical device and pharma products in the Riyadh market. You will combine clinical expertise with commercial acumen to drive product adoption, support sales teams and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Promote the clinical value of assigned products to hospitals and clinics.
- Achieve monthly sales and market‑share targets.
- Train healthcare professionals on product usage and best practices.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular activity reporting.
- Support product launches, promotions and territory planning.
- Ensure all interactions comply with local regulations and company ethics.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales or product specialist roles.
- Proven track record selling to hospitals or clinics in Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor’s degree in a medical‑related field.
- Strong understanding of medical products, field selling and clinical messaging.
- Valid Saudi work authorization, if required.
