Medical Science Liaison – Rare Disease Neurology

About the role
AstraZeneca is expanding its rare disease portfolio in Saudi Arabia and seeks a Medical Science Liaison specialized in Neurology. The role will support the introduction of new therapies for rare neurological diseases, building scientific bridges between the company and healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide medical and scientific information to physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists and other key opinion leaders.
- Identify, develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and patient‑advocacy groups in the rare disease neurology space.
- Communicate clinical practice trends and emerging data to internal teams.
- Collaborate with the Medical Manager Rare Disease to align scientific strategies with commercial objectives.
Required profile
- Scientific, clinical and therapeutic area expertise in neurology and rare diseases.
- Minimum of 36 months (3 years) relevant experience in a medical affairs or MSL role.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
