MEP Construction Manager

About the role

Freyssinet Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to join its dynamic team in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing all mechanical, electrical and plumbing aspects of large‑scale construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage on‑site MEP activities from project inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Review and approve MEP design drawings, specifications, calculations and material submittals.
• Develop and control MEP schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire‑safety systems.
• Implement strict health and safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience as an MEP Manager on large‑scale construction projects.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of major MEP systems and installation procedures.
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles.
• Leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is advantageous.
